Product Introduction

Hot-Dip galvanized steel coil is made by dipping hot/cold rolled steel into molten zinc tank of 460℃ to coat a layer of Zinc on steel coil to give the corrosion resistance function.

Product Features

Zinc coating layer has different structures. Galvanized Steel product has the ability of preventing rusting and corrosion pit. However, Zinc is likely to become white rust under humid environment, so galvanized steel coil is usually applied with anti-rust oil or chromatizing treated to prevent white rust. We can get Regular spangle, Minimized Spangle, Zero Spangle or Extra-Smooth Spangle by different processes.
